Updated printable versions available

I have updated the files for the three issues that's out. They got a Japanese magazines inspired spine, and are now also ready to print without needing to set up the files for yourself in the printer settings. These ready to print files are only done for the lower resolution files though. Here's a guide on how to print the highres ones.
